• Providing legal advisory to the management and business operation.
• Monitoring new laws and analyzing effects to business operation by providing executive report to management level.
• Following up the corrective and preventive status from operation department relating to new laws effect and report to the management.
• Collecting, implementing and managing legal compliance programs.
• Conducting legal compliance monitoring and audit.
• Other works as assigned.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8.00 - 5.00 p.m.

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Lawyer's License and/or Graduate from Thai Bar is preferable.
• Good command of English (TOEIC 750 up) and Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Minimum 6 years working experience in legal field.
• Excellent analytical, research and communication skills.
• Be a fast learner with strong working ethic and able to correspond to urgent ad-hoc assignment from management order/policy.
• Able to work in team of individual and complete assignments within deadline.
• Working experience with Japanese companies are preferable.
