หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist the Digital Marketing/ e-Commerce Manager to execute and optimize digital media lead generation

• Manage promotion and organic content creation

• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via social media (Facebook,Line, etc.)

• Collaborate with sales team to conduct online marketing and client acquisition, and ensure that customer queries are handled efficiently

• Do market research and competitive price comparison

• Prepare daily and monthly report

• Other digital / online marketing jobs as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

Thai nationality, Male/Female not over 30 years old
Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing or in related field
3 years experience as online marketing, digital marketing specialist, e-commerce or in another relevant position
Fresh graduate can be considered at entry level
Familiar with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Line, etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other office management tool
Excellent in communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with a strong attention to details
Fluent in Thai and English
Flexible time schedule including weekends and public holidays
