• Develop quality standards for the production process
• Oversee the management of production processes to ensure compliance.
• Monitor adherence to quality standards on the production area and propose improvements plan to everyone
• Identify the root causes of defects in products or production processes and develop countermeasures to minimize their impact
• Perform various tests to ensure products function according to design specifications and meet safety standards.
• Provide guidance to correct any deviations from quality standards based on test results.
• Handle for new model process including PPAP and APQP
• Handle for "Why analysis" and "8D report"
• Handle for measurement tool process and make FMEA
• Handle for ISO system IATF 16949, ISO 9100, 5S, Kaizening action.
• Report to QAQC Assistant Manager
• Other assigned tasks by management
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Male Gender
• Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years working experience as QAQC in automotive industry.
• Have management experience at least 1 year as QC Supervisor.
• Must have experience about IATF 16949, ISO 9001, new model, PPAP, FMEA, APQP process.
• Able to read drawing.
• Must have experience about "Welding" or "Stamping" process for metal products.
• Conversational Daily - Middle level of English.
• Able to attend face to face interview will be preferable.
• Work in Japanese Automobiles parts company will be preferable.
• Not job hopper will be preferable.

Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:10 (Saturday Working : 1 - 2 times per month depends on business calendar.)
