Academy/Training Manager

- Monitors performance of the department on a monthly base.

- Plans and prepares materials for in-house and public training courses.

- Recruits a pool of internal and external resource speakers for a wide range of marketable trainings.

- Supports Marketing and Sales to sell training products to potential customers.

- Manage training department.

- International training support.

- Thai Citizen.

- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in any related field.

- Minimum 7 years experiences of Training Facilitator or training management or QMR / EMR or Management Systems or Consultant.

- Good command of English.

- Good personality

- Service minded and positive attitude

- ISO Knowledge is an advantage.

- Having own car.
