1. International Customer Interaction & Sales
3. International Customer Relationship Management
- Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and handle orders from international customers through company-designated channels such as: Email, Alibaba, WhatsApp, WeChat, and Website Inquiries
- Communicate professionally with international customers regarding:
Products / Pricing / MOQ / Production Lead Time / Shipping
- Present suitable products and services based on customer needs, including:
OEM / ODM / Wholesale Blank Apparel (Thumb Premium)
- Conduct online meetings (video calls) with international customers and attend overseas trade shows as assigned
2. Export Sales Documentation
- Prepare accurate and complete quotations and related sales documents
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare export documents, including:
Commercial Invoice and Packing List
- Record customer information, sales data, and order status accurately in the company’s CRM or sales system
3. International Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up on sales activities and maintain relationships with both new and existing international customers
- Provide regular updates on production and shipment status to customers
- Build customer confidence and satisfaction to encourage long-term partnerships and repeat orders
- Collect feedback from international customers and report it to relevant internal teams
4. Export Order Fulfillment Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments such as:
Merchandiser, Production, QC, Logistics, and Accounting
- Monitor production and shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery and agreed quality standards
- Communicate and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues related to production or export processes
5. Negotiation & Problem Solving (International)
- Negotiate and communicate professionally with international customers
- Handle issues such as delays, product quality concerns, or shipping conditions
- Propose appropriate solutions while balancing the interests of both customers and the company
- Strictly comply with company policies, pricing structures, and approval authority
Commission: approximately THB 2,500 – 100,000 (subject to performance and target achievement)

- Good command of English for business communication
- Ability to analyze basic costs and pricing
- Basic marketing planning and analytical skills
- Proficient in English communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing),
with a TOEIC score of 600 or above - Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- Proficient in Google Tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets), AI tools, and Canva
- Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure
- High sense of responsibility
- Well-organized and systematic working style
- Strong service mindset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Interest in fashion and apparel industry
