Accounting Manager (The Cubic Fitness Company)

 1. Accounting Management

 • Supervise and review all accounting operations, including journal entries and preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss).

 • Review, verify, and approve accounting records and team performance.

 • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information and the preparation of financial reports.

 2. Tax Management

 • Review and plan tax payments, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other related taxes.

 • Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with government tax regulations.

 3. Budgeting and Financial Analysis

 • Assist in preparing the annual budget and monitor actual performance against the budget.

 • Conduct financial analysis and recommend measures to improve operational efficiency.

 4. Cash Flow Management

 • Monitor cash flow activities, including payroll, service payments, and debt settlements.

 • Manage and plan organizational finances to ensure sufficient liquidity.

 5. Team Management

 • Supervise and manage the accounting team to ensure effective performance.

 • Provide training and develop the skills of accounting staff.

 6. Compliance with Accounting Standards

 • Ensure the company complies with generally accepted accounting standards and financial regulations.

 • Review processes and financial reports to prevent errors or discrepancies.

 7. Communication and Coordination

 • Work closely with management to develop financial strategies and provide financial advice for decision-making.

 • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders on financial matters.

 8. Annual Audit

 • Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit of financial statements.

 • Prepare and provide required information and supporting documents to auditors.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Experience in the Service Industry and Multi-Branch Business Management
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (MAX Force) and accounting software.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, costing, and business performance.
• Good command of English communication, both written and spoken
