หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Onsite 100%

Location: Pranakorn (MRT สามยอด)

Business: Insurance

Design, collect, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and specific-purpose market research surveys.
Analyze business needs and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, gather requirements, and propose practical solutions aligned with system and production constraints.
Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodology, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in either business analysis, process engineering, system analysis, or related IT/operations roles.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a process-oriented mindset.
Able to communicate in English
Experience in Banking or Insurance business will be advance.
