Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in related field
Preferably non-management & non-supervisor, specializing in customer service or equivalent.
Patient and calm personality, strong people skills and good problem solving ability.
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Prior knowledge about customer service solutions like Freshdesk, Freshchat and Freshcaller would be preferable.
Conversational ability in English is preferable.
Ready to be assigned on a shifting work schedule (day/night), weekend and public holidays
