• To execute accurate costing process within department
• To be responsible for the selection and evaluation of the suppliers and sub-contractors
• To organize and plan resources for projects and production
• To monitor and control the production progress
• To ensure the standard of workmanship meets the customer requirements
• To provide training to all personnel and ensure that they have the relevant skills and knowledge
• To review and approve procedures and work instructions to improve methods of operations
• To participate in design review as and when required
• To ensure projects completed and delivered in timely manner as per agreed schedule
• To manage department P & L with good understanding of costing and negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors
