Managing and estimating project contractual and financial side in term of Civil & Architecture for proposing a project proposal to ensure that the project terms address all the clients' requirements and executed within the estimated budget.
• Prepare and estimate quantity requirements (Civil & Architectural) for construction project (based on each proposal requirement) by reviewing and analyzing the project’s drawing and break down each work and structure to calculate material quantity (also specification if needed) by using MS excel and Auto CAD
• Prepare cost estimation details for each construction project by reviewing and calculating both labor and material costs by using MS excel and summarize in report
• Data gathering and summarize all labor and material costs for each project proposal and checking the completion before submitting to tender manager for adjudication and approval
• Documenting in case of any changes happened in design and updating budgets.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other relevant documentation as assigned
• Predicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate such by creating scenarios and analyze the risks using MS Excel
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Contact and find suppliers or contractors to propose a quotation of materials price by searching on internet, current supplier/contractors ‘s referral .
• Compare and negotiate on material’s price with supplier or contractors to ensure that company can get the best deal.
• Gather detail of materials and price list and update on cost databaseand BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Transfer information about price and suppliers/contractors list to construction department after biding completion.
• Work closely with tender team on new tender’s project, identify framework and scheduling etc.
