• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field
• At least 1-3 years of work experience in e-commerce sales, online retail, or digital sales operations
• Conversational English communication (Chinese speaking is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Offices, Microsoft tools, and Social Media
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms/online sales platforms and experience with online sales analytics, reporting tools, and KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, sales growth)
• Understanding of digital marketing, online promotions, and pricing strategies
• Having skills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or any other applications for Graphic Design
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Having professional communication and interpersonal skills with customers
• High responsibility, be able to work independently under pressure, and play a good team player
• Good at persuasion and negotiation skills
