Job description:
- Monitor Business Continuity Plan including update BCP action plan, review Risk Control Self - Assessment and set pandemic BCP guideline.
- Prepare management report and related activities.
- Follow-up pending collateral for retail customer.
- Prepare work procedure, set budget for registration/inventory audit checking and set yearly business plan.
- Other ad hoc assignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economic, Business Chinese or other relate field.
- Experience 3-5 years in operation management, report management or administration roles.
- Advance in Chinese and English, both of speaking and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel – Pivot / VLOOKUP)
- Good interpersonal, coordinator and detail - oriented.
