Data Analyst

• Analyze data from the Credit Portfolio to define and establish appropriate policies and guidelines.
• Identify the root causes of Non-performing Loans (NPLs) and pinpoint risk factors to mitigate losses.
• Provide data-driven insights to support marketing teams in launching new campaigns.
• Develop and maintain departmental dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management.
• Analyze data to detect and investigate suspicious activities related to potential Fraud Customers.
• Collaborate with the IT team to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various campaigns and projects.
• Prepare memos, presentations, and meeting minutes for the department.

• Age: 25 - 30 years old.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in Data Analysis.

• Prior experience in the banking, financial, or credit industry is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Experience using programming languages such as Python or R for in-depth data analysis and model building.

• Skilled in creating dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a mandatory requirement.
