-Oversee day-to-day compensation activities, including payroll management.
-Handle internal reporting and data analytics to ensure compliance.
-Conduct salary and benefits surveys, and perform market analysis.
-Design, benchmark, implement, communicate, and administer long-term incentive programs.
-Provide guidance to management on compensation and benefits decisions.
-Prepare and manage monthly payroll data, including salaries, overtime, and shift allowances.
HR Officer (Employee Relations & Business Trip) 1 Position
- Handle the full process of work permits and visas for expatriates in compliance with Thai immigration regulations.
- Perform online requests for certified government documents (e.g., Department of Business Development (DBD), Revenue Department) Ensure proper filing and documentation.
- Assist with other Employee Relations and Business Trip tasks as needed.
Senior HR Officer (Compensation & Benefits)
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
-Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits-focused work.
-Experience in the industrial sector will be an advantage.
-Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
-Able to manage projects effectively according to specified timelines and milestones.
-High-level analytical and conceptual skills, with proficient use of Microsoft Excel (e.g., IF formulas, Macros, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
HR Officer (Employee Relations & Business Trip) 1 Position
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
-Experience 3 years in Work permit Non-Immigrant visa and BOI
-Good command of English, both written and spoken.
-Knowledge of Thai Labor Laws and Immigration Regulations, BOI VISA and Work Permit Systems is a must.
-Ability to work outside and approach government authorities.
