Senior HR Officer (Compensation & Benefits)
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
-Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits-focused work.
-Experience in the industrial sector will be an advantage.
-Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
-Able to manage projects effectively according to specified timelines and milestones.
-High-level analytical and conceptual skills, with proficient use of Microsoft Excel (e.g., IF formulas, Macros, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
HR Officer (Employee Relations & Business Trip) 1 Position
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
-Experience 3 years in Work permit Non-Immigrant visa and BOI
-Good command of English, both written and spoken.
-Knowledge of Thai Labor Laws and Immigration Regulations, BOI VISA and Work Permit Systems is a must.
-Ability to work outside and approach government authorities.
