Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer (1 Year Contract)

We are currently seeking 2 talented individuals to join our Facility & Maintenance Engineering department as Management Trainees on a 1-year contract. This opportunity is ideal for new graduates or early-career professionals in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering who are eager to grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As a Management Trainee, you will support the expansion of manufacturing facilities and contribute to infrastructure development in our new plant building. You will be actively involved in project planning, technical coordination, and site safety, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist in planning and executing manufacturing expansion and facility upgrade projects.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Supervise the technical implementation of systems related to the new building’s infrastructure (mechanical, electrical, or civil).
• Project Monitoring: Track the progress of assigned tasks to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety standards and protocols.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Participate in meetings and coordinate with other departments to resolve engineering and operational issues.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Apply engineering knowledge to solve technical problems and enhance operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (required).
• Good skills in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Knowledge of data visualization, data analysis.
• Experience or understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), especially in electrical engineering.
• Basic project management capabilities.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday and perform overtime as required.
