- Perform root cause analysis on overall Transport performance and simulate improvement model considering resource utilization and benefit gains
- Highlight key concern/opportunities regarding resource utilization and benefit gains and alert to related parties
- Support improvement projects of other parties including Connected Control Tower Planning, Tracking, Vendor management and Operation team
- Adhere/Encourage team member/ operation to cooperate and implement CI or Improvement project to the success
- Lead analyst team and Continuous development Dashboard/Report according to dynamic business need to meet both internal and external customer expectation
- Improve processes within Connected Control tower to increase the level and quality of service provided to internal and external customers
- Create and work on reports to support customer / stakeholder requirements as appropriate
- Make recommendations based on the interpretation of business requirements, and ensure that all impacts have been carefully considered and analysed and the resulting procedures and system configuration is the most appropriate and best meets the business need.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in supply chain, logistics or transportation business preferred
- Experienced in PowerBI at enterprise level required
- Proven ability to leverage data, analytics, report building and visualization techniques and tools to influence and lead decision-making
- Ability to think structurally and systematically
- Good communication both in Thai and English
- Able to work at DHL BDC Bang Na km.16 as main seat required
- Able to travel to station at other sites sometime (have their own cars are preferrable)
