- Report directly to the management. The candidate must be able to communicate in English.
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies for premium products and souvenirs.
- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and present updates to management.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Maintain good relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Support the development of promotional activities and marketing materials.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and after-sales support.
- The candidate must be able to communicate in English and report directly to the management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in people management, coordination, and reporting. (Experience in the premium products or souvenir business will be considered an advantage.)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, logistics, and marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic reporting tools.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Service-minded with a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
