• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (with strong understanding of technology)
• 3+ years of experience in IT product/service sales, or strong potential and ability to learn quickly if lacking direct experience
• Possession of certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA, or product certifications (e.g., from Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) will be considered a plus
• Basic understanding of IT technologies (e.g., Software, Hardware, Network, Security, Cloud, SaaS, AI)
• Ability to analyze customer requirements effectively
• Experience working collaboratively with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, or Technical Support teams
• Strong presentation and professional communication skills with clients
• Account management and customer relationship development
• Negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Understanding of the Sales Funnel, Sales Process, and B2B sales
