Software Support

Responsibility

1. Provide in-depth first-level technical support to customers for software and application solutions
2. Analyze and resolve issues related to system usage, configuration, and basic technical problems
3. Perform software installation, deployment, and configuration to support customer operations
4. Assist customers during deployment, go-live, and post-implementation phases
5. Coordinate with internal technical and development teams for complex or escalated issues
6. Document cases, solutions, and deployment steps clearly and systematically
7. Ensure smooth system operation and customer satisfaction

1. Basic to intermediate understanding of software systems, applications, and IT environments
2. Able to troubleshoot problems logically and efficiently
3. Experience in software support, service support, or IT support is preferred
4. Familiar with software installation, deployment, and configuration processes
5. Good communication skills with a strong service mindset
6. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under time constraints
