• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Have an experience at least 2 years in HR job functional relations will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of labour law and HR management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Demonstrated leadership in developing a growing staff with ‘team’ orientation.
• Experience with Power BI and HRIS systems
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet.
