• As an HR hiring officer, this position is responsible for internal recruitment and other HRM tasks as assigned.
• To support end-to-end internal recruitment.
• To take care new staffs onboarding.
• To coordinate with external organization for social security fund, provident fund, group insurance, health check, etc.
• To handle employee database and employee record (time attendance, leave record, probation period, work shift management).
• To prepare payroll report, verify accuracy and submit to the manager.
• To coordinate with Visa and Work permit agency for Japanese employees.
• To ensure employees comply with company rules, regulations, and policies.
• To enhance employee engagement through HR activities (company trip, quarterly party, etc.)
• To prepare and submit the document to the Department of Employment.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-28 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 2-4 years working experience in recruiting task or any job with target and KPI
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Computer Literacy (especially Microsoft Excel)
• High responsibility, Detail oriented, Proactive mindset.
• HR Hiring, Consultant in HR agency will be preferable
• IT skills, VLookUP will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Laem Chabang Sriracha, ChonBuri
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday(Sat:none))
