• Taking care of maintenance process of machines and facilities, utilities in the factory.
• Making regularly maintenance plan and also preventive maintenance plan.
• Taking care of fixing the sudden defect of machines, analyse the root cause.
• Summarize monthly working report and find the best solution in order to prevent the defect.
• Project Lead, Improvement & KAIZEN for maintenance.
• Coordinate with related department to reduce problems.
• Manpower Control, Budget Control, Training, Operation Management.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-49 years
• Male Gender
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field
• At least 10 years experience of maintenance in automotive manufacturing industry
• At least 3 years management experience as Maintenance Assistant Manager or higher
• Must have working experience in all maintenance role (machinery, electricity) and also PM (Preventive Maintenance)
• Experience in big-scale company (300 employee over)
• Experience in Forging or Press machine will be preferable
• Have strong experience of PLC (Mitsubishi or any brand), ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 2 Nong Kham Chon Buri
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: Average 1 time per month)
