หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Search, select, and evaluate potential domestic and overseas suppliers to support procurement needs (International Sourcing).
Serve as the main coordinator and liaison, managing communication with both domestic and international customers and suppliers.
Utilize strong Negotiation Skills to finalize pricing, agreements, and commercial terms for maximum benefit.
Conduct detailed Cost Analysis to identify opportunities for continuous Cost Reduction.
Drive and monitor Supplier Development projects to elevate quality standards and manufacturing capabilities.
Verify and assess the technical capability of suppliers, including their ability to accurately Read Technical Drawings.
Operate with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude in problem-solving and task management.
Be accountable for and perform effectively under pressure to meet challenging targets.
Control and monitor the procurement process to ensure reliable On-time Delivery of materials/components.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure all procurement activities comply with technical specifications.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or other related manufacturing fields).
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Purchasing or Sourcing Engineer role.
Proven experience in sourcing parts, raw materials, or services from overseas suppliers (International Sourcing).
Technical Proficiency: Ability to accurately read and interpret Technical Drawings/Blueprints (Highly preferred).
In-depth knowledge of Cost Analysis, RFQ (Request for Quotation) procedures, and experience with VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) activities.
Fundamental understanding of or experience working with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, depending on the industry).
Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential for communicating with international customers and suppliers.
Strong Negotiation Skills and presentation abilities to secure the most favorable pricing and agreements.
