หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Act as Quality Management Representative (QMR / EMR) for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Plan, conduct and follow up Internal Quality Management System Audits
Organize and facilitate Annual Management Review Meetings
Define, propose and monitor Quality Objectives and KPIs
Establish, implement and follow up Quality Action Plans and ensure their effectiveness
Manage Customer Complaint Handling Process (8D, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions)
Coordinate and analyze Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Ensure compliance with Automotive Quality Standards, Core Tools and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
Define, prepare and implement Quality System documentation
Communicate quality policies, objectives and expectations to all teams
Develop and deliver Quality Training Programs for managers and operational teams
Promote and lead Continuous Improvement activities (5S, Problem Solving, Risk-based thinking)
Support and coordinate Customer, Supplier and Certification Audits
Participate in individual Quality expert projects if his qualifications fulfil the requirements (for example : audits, Gap analysis, supplier development…etc)

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electronics or related fields)
Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in Automotive or Manufacturing Quality environment
Experience in Automotive Industry (OEM or Tier 1–2 suppliers)
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and Automotive Core Tools
(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan)
Solid experience in Customer Complaints, 8D Reports, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Problem Solving
Audit experience in ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 (Internal Auditor certification is required, Lead Auditor is a plus)
Technical knowledge: ability to read drawings and understand automotive parts and functions
Good command of English communication (speaking, reading, writing)
Strong leadership, organization, communication and coordination skills
Customer-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
Own a car and able to travel and work at customer sites (Rayong & Bangkok, and occasionally abroad)

TRIGO Group has established TRIGO Quality Services Thailand Company since 2011 to support the major OEMs and their suppliers in the area of non-conformance management, sorting, inspection, rework and quality engineering services. We provide quality services mainly to leading automotive OEM and Tier 1 manufacturing. Currently we have more than 10 engineers and 100 inspectors permanently employed. Our head office located in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Rayong.
