- Managing, Supervising the day-to-day operation of the accounting team (AP,AR,GL,Fixed Asset, Inventory).
- Review fixed asset physical count , prepare write off assets list and monitoring and controlling of the assets register and account reconciliations.
- Review inventory physical count , prepare for the evaluation of inventory and monitoring and controlling inventory related with the regulation.
Background- skills in Bill of Material (BOM), Cost of Goods (COGS).
- Review TB, prepare P/L, B/S, and C/F statements, and has experience leading in audits.
- Maintain and improve company accounting matter.
- Overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting transactions.
- Maintence and booking accrued expense, Prepaid expense on time.
- Review statutory financial statements to ensure that it is accurate an in compliance with Tax regulation. (PND.3,PND.53, PND.54,PP.30,PP.36)
- Liaising with Internal and external audit.
- Experience all about bank transaction, short-term loan, long-term loan, interest, internet banking.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Female Age 30-40 Years - Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
- Minimum 10 years concrete professional knowledge in general accounting and finance.
- Familiar with financial and tax related laws and regulations.
- Good command of English.
- Self-motivated, and deadline driven.
- Passionate about process improvement, analysis, and learning new skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good teamwork spirit.
**Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
