KPI Tracking and Monitoring:
- Design and maintain real-time KPI dashboards to monitor business performance across various teams and departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.).
- Regularly track and update key performance indicators, ensuring that data is accurate and aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights based on KPI data to inform decision-making processes.
Cross-functional Data Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams to cross-check performance data and ensure that the data collected is accurate, consistent, and aligned across different departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations).
- Identify discrepancies in performance tracking across teams and recommend solutions for alignment.
Dashboard Design and Maintenance:
- Build, update, and maintain KPI dashboards using tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Design dashboards that provide a clear, user friendly interface for team members and executives to access and interpret key metrics.
- Ensure dashboards are customized for different stakeholders to meet specific tracking requirements.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas where processes can be optimized based on KPI data and insights.
- Collaborate with teams to implement efficiency improvements and ensure that KPI tracking aligns with business goals.
Accuracy:
- Ensure that all data and performance metrics used for KPI tracking are accurate, validated, and comply with internal standards
- Coordinate with the Team to ensure that data integrity is maintained in all reports and dashboards.
