Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
a. Lead the entire lifecycle of landscape projects, including design development, construction planning, and post-completion maintenance.
b. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; collaborate with teams to ensure timely execution.
c. Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to align project objectives.
2. Site Management
a. Supervise on-site activities, including earthworks, hardscaping, and planting.
b. Ensure construction complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations; resolve technical issues promptly.
c. Inspect materials and monitor workmanship to minimize rework and resource waste.
3. Plant Transplanting & Maintenance
a. Familiar with local climate and soil conditions; skilled in plant transplanting techniques, survival rate improvement, and maintenance requirements.
b. Develop maintenance plans and guide the team in watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control.
c. Select appropriate plant species based on project needs to achieve visual appeal and ecological balance.
4. Cost Control
a. Prepare landscape project budgets, participate in material procurement and cost accounting to optimize resource allocation.
b. Track actual expenditures, analyze cost variances, and propose corrective actions to stay within budget.
c. Stay informed about market price trends, provide accurate pricing suggestions, and support contract negotiations.
5. Teamwork & Reporting
a. Lead on-site construction and maintenance teams; provide technical guidance and enhance team efficiency.
b. Submit regular progress reports to clients or supervisors, covering quality, timelines, and costs.
c. Handle unexpected situations and propose emergency solutions to ensure smooth project progress.
Requirements
• Associate’s degree or above in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in landscape engineering, with at least 3 years in project or site management
• Familiar with the full landscape project lifecycle: design, construction, and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of local plant species, transplanting techniques, and ecological restoration methods
• Proficient in cost control, budget planning, and understanding of material market trends
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM is a plus
• Able to work outdoors and adapt to complex site conditions
• Familiarity with regulations, climate, and industry standards in Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai is an advantage

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Landscape Architect License, PMP)
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or public landscape projects
• Ability to communicate in Chinese or English is a plus
