Graphic Designer & Photographer (Video Editing)

Graphic Design

• Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials
• Design digital graphics for website, social media, and online campaigns
• Layout design for newsletters, school reports, and publications
• Event materials such as posters, signage, and presentation templates
• Brand consistency ensuring all materials follow school brand guidelines
• Print preparation and working with local vendors

Photography

• Event photography capturing school activities, ceremonies, and daily life
• Portrait photography of students, staff, and promotional shots
• Facility photography showcasing school spaces and facilities
• Photo editing and retouching for marketing materials
• Maintain photo library and organize digital assets

Basic Video Editing

• Edit promotional videos for school events and activities
• Create simple video content for social media and website
• Compile footage from school events into highlight reels
• Basic motion graphics and text overlays
• Prepare videos for different platforms and formats

Technical Skills (Must Have)

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (intermediate to advanced)
• Photography skills: DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation, composition, lighting basics
• Video editing software: Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (basic to intermediate)
• File management: Organizing and preparing files for print and digital

Experience & Portfolio

• 2-4 years experience in graphic design and photography
• Portfolio required showing:
• Print design samples (brochures, posters, marketing materials)
• Photography work (events, portraits, facilities)
• Video editing examples
• Educational/institutional experience preferred but not essential

Language & Communication

• Good English (reading and writing for design briefs and communication)
• Fluent Thai (for vendor coordination and local requirements)
• Collaborative skills for working with teachers, staff, and administrators

Personal Qualities

• Creative and detail-oriented with high standards for visual quality
• Time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
• Professional demeanor suitable for school environment
• Reliable in meeting deadlines and commitment

Interview Process

• Practical test assignment including graphic design, video editing, photography, and social media content creation
• Interview with marketing team and HR
