1.Control and Update the Quality Manuals and Procedures.
2.Manage the internal quality system by developing various plans.
3.Manage and organize quality system documents within the department.
4.Manage and control measuring instruments within the organization to ensure accuracy and
proper usage.
5.Receive complaints and claims from the customer.
6.Analysis issues and answer the Corrective Action to the customer.
7.Summarize the QA's issues in each month and Meeting with the concerned section to be
informed.
8.Improve and Coordinate with the Production Staff in each Process within the company to
be developed.
9.If you found any problem, you can command to the Production Staff to stop the producing
and analysis the cause.
10.Control and view the New Model Process / Product Approval and Process / Controlling
the Producing Procedures as the Production Plan in WI.
