- Establish, manage, and deliver a budget management process that enables cost tracking, reporting, and providing controls for an accurate financial month-end closing for Corporate Branding and Marketing division (process oracle payment in system, process accruals and reverse accruals)
- Prepare and review memo for budget requisition submitted for approval and vendor payment operational process.
- Track expenses, actual usage against responsible team's budget and approved memos
- Process expense reimbursements for Corporate Branding & Marketing Division
- coordinate with other departments (eg. IT, CA, etc) and vendors as necessary and handle special assignments when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Oracle for payment processing and accrual management.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
