• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Age 30 years or above, or consideration based on relevant experience and capabilities.
• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and sales target achievement.
• Strong knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, quotation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales service.
• Knowledge of sales planning, sales forecasting, and market analysis.
• Understanding of pricing, cost, profit margin, and commercial terms.
• Experience in Key Account Management.
• Knowledge of sales documentation such as quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
• Strong skills in sales planning, target management, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or CRM systems.
