Job Summary:
Benetone Films is one of Asia’s most trusted production service companies, with a legacy of bringing international films and series to life across Thailand and Southeast Asia. With over 130 foreign films and series productions under our belt and long-standing collaborations with global studios, streamers, and indie producers, we specialize in executing world-class shoots with precision, scale, and creativity.
We are now looking for a dynamic Production Bidding Coordinator to join our Bangkok-based production services team. This is a pivotal role for highly organized and creatively-driven professionals who want to be at the heart of the international film and series business. You’ll work closely with producers, line producers, and international clients developing budgets, and proposals for projects destined for screens around the world.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, has a sharp eye for detail, and is excited by the fast-evolving world of global filmmaking. Whether it’s a fast-paced streamer original or a sprawling studio feature, you’ll help shape the production plan from the very first conversation.
This role is an excellent launchpad into senior bidding, producing, or international line production leadership. At Benetone Films, you won’t just work behind the scenes - you’ll help bring stories to life on the world stage.
What You’ll Do
- Support the bid building – work side-by-side with the Production Executive to build compelling bids for films and series. You’ll be the engine behind the details, ensuring every line item is backed by relevant information.
- Coordinate with local vendors – source up-to-date quotes from equipment houses, crew agents, facilities, and specialty providers across Thailand. Your relationships and follow-ups help ground every budget in reality.
- Prepare budgets – input data into Movie Magic or Excel-based templates, track estimates, and flag inconsistencies.
- Assemble pitch packs – curate visually compelling decks and location reference materials, draft feasibility notes, and gather intel that turns client interest into greenlights.
- Manage the CRM – maintain a clean, organized, and updated CRM system for all incoming leads, project statuses, and contact details.
- Keep knowledge alive – update internal databases on vendor rates, incentive eligibility, and cost trends across Thailand and neighboring hubs.
- Collaborate on festival prep – work with senior management to develop sales decks, case studies, and marketing materials used at key film festivals and markets throughout the year.
