TOPGUN is looking for a creative, confident, and energetic Content Creator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in creating and managing engaging content for our ecosystem of brands — including JOBTOPGUN, Super Resume, YOUSAY / HRSAY, TOPGUN Academy, MyU, Hall of Frame, Samkok@Work, and more. This position is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera, and wants to create meaningful digital content that inspires people and reflects our culture — “Good Heart, Work Hard, Enjoy Life.”

• Create, plan, and produce digital content across TOPGUN’s key platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts/Long-form, and Instagram Reels).
• Generate creative ideas and storytelling concepts that align with our brand voice and purpose.
• Be an on-camera host or presenter for various types of videos (educational, inspirational, cultural, or lifestyle content).
• Shoot, edit, and publish video and photo content suitable for each social media platform.
• Work closely with the HR and Communication teams to support Employer Branding and Employee Experience projects.
• Track and analyze content performance to continuously improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated with digital trends, pop culture, and new content formats.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Journalism, or any related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, or Video Production (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about digital media.
• Comfortable being on camera and expressing ideas clearly and confidently.
• Basic video editing and design skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or equivalent).
• Experience managing your own social media channel or portfolio of past work is a strong advantage, especially TikTok, Instagram, Youtube.
