- Guide customers through the JOBTOPGUN platform to ensure ease of use and success in recruitment.
- Educate clients on features and best practices that maximize their results.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
- Think critically to find solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with our capabilities.
- Develop long-term partnerships with customers through consistent, helpful, and professional communication.
- Understand business goals of each client to offer relevant suggestions or upsell opportunities.
- Monitor account health and usage to identify renewal opportunities or risk signals.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement with our services.
- Collect feedback from users to improve our product and service experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to represent the voice of the customer.
- Participate in training and process improvement initiatives to elevate service quality.
- Bring new ideas to the table to improve both team performance and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Sales or Customer Service Operation.
- Familiarity with IT platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
