- Lead and manage aviation-related projects with Thai government agencies, including defense, security, and aviation authorities.
- Coordinate and respond to government RFPs, TORs, bidding documents, and public procurement processes (e-GP).
- Act as the key liaison between the foreign aircraft manufacturer and local government clients.
- Present and promote aviation products and solutions (e.g., aircraft, UAV systems, MRO services, ground support equipment).
- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining quality standards.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, engineering, sales) and overseas partners to support project execution.
- Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and strategic updates to management and clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in government sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aviation, Business Administration, Political Science, Engineer or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, especially in handling government-related or aviation projects.
- Strong understanding of Thai government procurement processes (including TOR, BOQ, e-GP, bidding procedures).
- Experience working with aviation, aerospace, or defense-related products is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (able to communicate effectively with foreign principals).
- Good presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders across different cultures.
