Responsibilities

Continuously learn about technology, software solutions, and industry trends
Gain a strong understanding of company products, solutions, use cases, and pricing
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
Analyze customer needs and provide solution-based consultation
Present and demonstrate products or solutions to prospective and existing clients
Coordinate with internal teams such as Technical, Product, and Support to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and update customer information in CRM or internal systems
Attend customer meetings and travel to customer sites as required

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in Account Executive, Sales, Business Development, or related roles
Experience in B2B sales, solution-based sales, or software/IT services is a strong advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand customer pain points and propose appropriate solutions
Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office
Experience using CRM or sales management tools is a plus
