Job Title: Brand Manager

We’re looking for a Brand Manager with a strong end-to-end brand ownership mindset—someone who can bridge brand strategy, product development, and commercial execution.
This role goes beyond traditional marketing. You’ll work closely with the Business Director to manage the brand holistically: from brand positioning and campaigns to new product development (NPD), factory coordination, stock planning, and launch execution and driving both sales and long-term growth.
You’ll play a key role in turning ideas into real products, real campaigns, and real revenue—working hands-on across marketing, sales, operations, and suppliers. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role for someone who enjoys both creative thinking and execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Business Ownership
- Define and evolve brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all platforms.
- Build brand plans that support both short-term sales performance and long-term brand equity.
- Ensure alignment across brand communication, product direction, and commercial priorities.
Product Development (NPD) & Factory Coordination
- Lead and support new product development (NPD) from concept to launch.
- Coordinate with factories and suppliers on formulation, packaging, timelines, MOQs, and pricing.
- Manage product launch readiness across marketing, sales, and operations.
Stock Planning & Execution Support
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams on stock planning, forecasting, and replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels to support campaign planning and prevent overstock or shortages.
- Support ordering decisions based on sales trends, launch plans, and promotional calendars.
Campaign Management & Content Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand and product campaigns—from concept to launch.
- Oversee content creation across digital, social, paid media, and CRM.
- Brief creative teams and ensure consistency across all assets and touchpoints.
KOL & Influencer Collaboration
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
- Develop collaboration strategies that align with brand image, product focus, and market trends.
- Track content delivery, performance, and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, telesales, e-commerce, and operations teams to align plans and timelines.
- Support promotions, launches, and channel-specific initiatives with clear messaging and assets.
- Act as a central point connecting brand, product, and execution teams.
Market Insight & Optimization
- Analyze campaign and product performance to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Monitor consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine brand, product, and launch strategies.
